The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect, being close to Siwa Shali Resort, the river, and everything else we wanted to see in Egypt.

I greatly enjoyed being there, the place is great and lovely.
The location was marvellous in a nice area, just next door to Siwa Oasis, Egypt and the desert. Also, it was 15-minute walk to Gabal Dakrur.

The resort served as a great base for exploring Siwa Oasis. The room was exceptionally clean and brand-new, and everything was perfect. We enjoyed a good choice of breakfast options in the garden. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the room amenities such as the minibar, TV with satellite channels, and climate control were impressive. Its location close to Egypt and the river was also a plus.

Convenient location - not too far from the desert and Siwa Oasis. Also, just 2 miles away from Cleopatra's Pool which is a big plus! 🌵

This resort is located in a peaceful area away from the busy city. Rooms are spacious and comfortable for a relaxing stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is good. The resort has two pools and a hot spring, which adds to the overall relaxing atmosphere.
The road leading to the resort can be inconvenient and bumpy.

We loved our stay in this hotel. The pool was big, clean, and we had it all to ourselves. The hotel's surroundings and canal were beautiful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had curtains that blocked out the light for a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the location, it was quiet, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Plus, the dinner was delicious and reasonably priced.
Hard to think of anything.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a disappointment. The location was good, close to some shops and restaurants. , the room was clean and the bed was comfy.
The breakfast was very poor and the staff was unfriendly. We felt like we were bothering them when we had any questions or requests.
